Responsibilities include but not limited to the managing of General Contractors to provide Parsons with closeout packages for the T-Mobile 3G Project in Phoenix; Reviewing and tracking of closeout packages for all markets.

·   Review and tracking of site surveys packages for several markets. T-Mobile 3G Project in Phoenix; Duties included in the T-Mobile closeout review process.

·   Managing all general contractors and their work completed on site.

·   All work is captured in a T-Mobile UMTS Civil Picture Closeout document and turn into Parsons for my review. The photo document is reviewed for quality and made to follow Parsons and T-Mobile Specifications. Such work included in photo document includes and not limited to. Nokia Node-B cabinet and equipment installation, UMTS Antenna installation, Coax installation grounding, lightning protection color coding and labeling. Remote Electrical Tilt document is turned in to Parsons for my review. Accuracy is confirmed for Network integration and performance. Review all Redlined site drawings for accuracy. All unacceptable work is punch listed to the General Contractors performing the work.

Installation of interior/exterior lighting suppression, to include, inspection, maintenance, modification and upgrade. 

·   Sectorized existing cell sites, to include, new modifications and hot cuts. This would consist of reconfiguration of antennas and additions of radios and associated cabling. Installation, trouble-shooting, optimizations of radios, combiner, multi couplers, and ban pass filters. Installation of CDMA equipment in Air Touch Cell Sites from mounting cabinets, to powering up at the power Distribution Panel, all RF cabling, Ether Net cabling, and alarm wiring to Telco blocks, and using punch down tool. The installation of several AT&T Wireless Digital cell sites.
